Polar Baths: An Energy Boost from Scandinavia
Perfect for après-ski or a day spent relaxing in the heart of nature, polar baths alternate between hot and cold to reinvigorate the body and leave it feeling completely relaxed. Polar baths help cleanse the skin, improve fitness, relax nerves and muscles, and boost the immune system. Reservations are not required to access polar baths. Admission to Bolton Falls Spa is reserved for people 16 years and over. You must bring a bathing suit, sandals, and towel. A $5 deposit is required for a locker key.

Massage
Bolton Falls Spa offers you a massage by the falls in one of our four massage yurts. Let the relaxing sounds of the waterfalls melt your cares away year round. Our 35 certified massage therapists are trained in a variety of techniques to soothe and relax you. Couples can now enjoy a massage together in a teepee or riverside gazebo in summer, or indoors in winter.

Yurts
Opt for some relaxation in a yurt – the third step in the polar bath process – for the ultimate in personal well-being. The sounds of a crackling fire will make you feel complete and at peace. In summer, unwind to the splash of waterfalls as you relax on our sun-drenched patio.
