Indoors reception

This reception takes place inside the Manoir in a very romantic setting. Their three reception rooms can accommodate groups from 20 to 60 persons.

Country Reception

This reception takes place outside on their partially wooded grounds or you may choose any other setting. We may accommodate groups from 60 to 300 persons for a garden reception.

Located at 35 minute drive from Quebec City in a semi-wooded ground, the Manoir des Érables is one of the member of Quebec Resort and Country Inns.

Its 23 rooms divided into 3 pavillion accomodates you in a cordial decoration.

Culinary Experience

The Manoir des Erables was one of the first establishments in Quebec to exploit the regional products for the development of a fine quebecoise cuisine. The menus of the executive chef Mr Martin Boucher are created in harmony with the seasons in order to make you taste a vast range of product of the Quebec’s terroir. The wines list also conceals the best products from Quebec’s terroir. In 2002, the Manoir des Erables won the gold medal at the Great prices of Quebecois Tourism and also the silver medal in 2001 and 2003. Enjoy it!
