PRIVACY POLICY

This describes Corpo Media Inc.'s policy regarding the confidentiality of personal data collected via the WeddingPlannersCorner.com web portal (hereafter called "PORTAL").

No personal data collected without your knowledge
Corpo Media Inc. does not collect any of your personal data when you navigate the PORTAL, unless you voluntarily supply this information by explicitly subscribing to a specific service inviting you to do so. You can always refuse to do this, or cancel a subscription to a customization service to which you are already a subscriber.

Personal data collected
The PORTAL invites you to supply personal data, such as your name, e-mail address and a few other items, in order to customize the service provided by Corpo Media Inc., to let you print our e-coupons and, should you wish, to let Corpo Media Inc. e-mail you various information. Corpo Media Inc. can periodically send users of the PORTAL, who so wish, promotional e-mails about the services offered by Corpo Media Inc. or its advertisers. You can specify on the subscription form that you do not wish to receive such e-mails. You can change your personal information at any time in the "Member Zone" section of the PORTAL. You can also ask Corpo Media Inc. to remove your user profile by sending an e-mail to customer service at info@corpomedia.ca.

Other information obtained for statistical purposes
When you access the PORTAL, some information is collected automatically, but none identifies you personally. It includes the domain name and IP address that you use to access the PORTAL, as well as your browser type (the software you use to browse the Internet) and your operating system. Corpo Media Inc. uses this information for statistical purposes to analyze visits to the PORTAL and improve access to it.

Disclosure of personal information
Without your explicit and prior authorization, the personal information collected by Corpo Media Inc. is used solely by Corpo Media Inc. and not made available to any of our clients, partners, advertisers or other third parties, subject to the provisions in the sections Statistical analyses and targeted advertising and Compliance with the law. Only the employees, representatives or agents of Corpo Media Inc. in charge of managing and developing the PORTAL have access to the information on it. These employees, representatives or agents are instructed to respect the present privacy policy.

Statistical analyses and targeted advertising
Corpo Media Inc. can make statistical analyses of user behaviour in order to assess the interest taken in the different sections of the PORTAL and hence improve it, and also to inform advertisers how many users have clicked on their advertisements. Corpo Media Inc. can also communicate to advertisers demographic data and information on users’ specific interests so that advertisers can target their messages. In these statistical analyses and targeted advertising, we disclose to third parties only generic information, not individual. Personal information concerning you as a user will not be supplied to third parties without your consent, but is subject to the circumstances described in the section Compliance with the law.

Compliance with the law
Corpo Media Inc. can disclose personal information about a user if we are legally obliged to do so or if we in good faith believe that such disclosure is necessary in order (1) to comply with any current law or regulation or to a legal process; (2) to protect and defend our rights and interests or those of our users; (3) to protect ourselves from any unauthorized use of the PORTAL; or (4) to protect the personal security or the interests of our users or of the general public.

Risks associated with the Internet
Despite the precautions taken by Corpo Media Inc. to ensure that third parties do not access your personal information via the PORTAL, leaks can occur. The Internet offers no guarantee of security, so data transferred via the Internet can potentially be intercepted, lost or altered. Corpo Media Inc. accepts no responsibility for damage resulting from possible access by a third party via the Internet to the personal information of members of the PORTAL, who use the PORTAL at their own risk.

Links to other portals
The PORTAL can contain links to other Internet portals operated by third parties ("OTHER PORTALS"). Activating these links might make you leave the PORTAL. Corpo Media Inc. does not supervise or monitor these OTHER PORTALS and the existence of these links does not make us liable in any way. Any information you transmit to these OTHER PORTALS is subject to their respective privacy policies and practices. Consequently, Corpo Media Inc. accepts no responsibility for any abuses that could happen in this regard, and recommends that you read the privacy policies of these OTHER PORTALS.

Restrictions
Corpo Media Inc. reserves the right to change the present privacy policy without notice and invites you therefore to consult it from time to time.

Consent
By using the PORTAL, you consent without any reserve whatsoever to the present privacy policy in its entirety.
