Guarantee of attendees
72 hours before an event is held, the customer must notify your wedding specialist of the exact number of participants to attend your event and therefore ensure the event's success. We will rely on the final person count supplied by the customer for food preparation and correct invoicing. The Chef always has 5% of food prepared in excess of the guaranteed number of meals.

In accordance with the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN), a charge will be added to the customer's master account;
